Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Description
Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Specific job duties vary by area.
Responsibilities- Collects and interprets data to produce reports.
- Conducts special projects.
- Coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements.
- Composes correspondence and other documentation as needed.
- Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities.
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
- Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
- Additional experience supporting multiple senior executives in a large, fast‑paced corporate environment while managing complex, competing priorities.
- Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and increase productivity.
- Proven track record of anticipating executive needs, exercising sound judgment, and proactively resolving issues with minimal direction.
- Experience building strong partnerships and communicating effectively with senior executives, executive assistants, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to or interest in marketing, brand, communications, events, advertising, social media, or related business functions.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
CompensationPay Range: $24.18 - $32.21.
