Position: Administrative Assistant - $25-27/hr.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide backend administrative and clerical support to our operations team. This role is well-suited for a dependable, detail-oriented "utility player" who enjoys supporting complex processes, learning specialized software, and preparing documentation-without heavy email volume, phone work, or direct client interaction.

Job Duties /Description
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the internal exchange team
  • Learn and utilize proprietary exchange and document-management software
  • Prepare, organize, and process exchange-related documentation
  • Assist with data entry, internal tracking, and system updates
  • Support accuracy, compliance, and organization across internal workflows
  • Step in as needed to support team operations and deadlines
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional administrative support experience
  • Prior experience in the real estate and/or title industry is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Someone who works well in a small group
  • Someone looking for long term employment
Additional Info
  • Pay: $25-27/hr.
  • Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: 100% in office - Downtown Minneapolis
  • Type: Contract to Hire
