Northwestern Health Sciences University is seeking a part-time on-site assistant to support the Family Tree clinic (New ICM Location) in Minneapolis. The role requires about 10 hours per week, with on-site presence Thursdays and Fridays, and tasks including patient check-in, scheduling via Jane EMR, voicemails, and paper forms support.
You will help maintain proper patient bookings, assist with set-up and closing of the clinic, and learn Jane App EMR while coordinating with clinic staff.
