Warning Lites of Minnesota provides traffic control services throughout Minnesota. We take pride in delivering quality work, putting safety first, and working together with integrity. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Accounting team at our Minneapolis office.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Process vendor invoices, statements, credit memos, and other Accounts Payable documents.
- Verify invoices for accuracy, purchase orders, approvals, due dates, and pricing.
- Maintain and organize Accounts Payable records and documentation.
- Process vendor payments and assist with payment inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure vendors are paid on time.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
- Welcome visitors and assist with front office responsibilities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office administrative functions.
- Support day-to-day office operations and complete other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate degree in Accounting or Business is a plus. - 3-5 years of office administration experience.
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Construction or highway industry experience is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Regular in-office attendance is required.
