Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy corporation in the Twin Cities. This is a temporary engagement expected to last 2+ months with a hybrid work model (2x per week onsite).
Responsibilities- Draft notices, memoranda, and estoppels using standardized forms
- File memoranda with land records
- Prepare mailings and required notices
- Manage incoming mailings and scan documents into the system
- Collaborate with the development team to support lease and estoppel-related efforts

- Manage incoming mailings and scan documents into the system
- Collaborate with the development team to support lease and estoppel-related efforts
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, land management, development, or a similar role
- Experience supporting real estate documentation, agreements, or related processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with mapping or analysis tools is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
