Real Estate Paralegal- Temporary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy corporation in the Twin Cities. This is a temporary engagement expected to last 2+ months with a hybrid work model (2x per week onsite).

• Draft notices, memoranda, and estoppels using standardized forms
• File memoranda with land records
• Prepare mailings and required notices
• Manage incoming mailings and scan documents into the system
• Collaborate with the development team to support lease and estoppel-related efforts

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, land management, development, or a similar role
• Experience supporting real estate documentation, agreements, or related processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with mapping or analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
