Job Description

This role supports the Apprenticeship and Training team by coordinating apprenticeship and training programs that help employees build skills, confidence, and long-term careers ’ll be responsible for program administration, scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, and participant support that directly impacts training effectiveness, apprentice development, and program success. Success in this role means delivering organized, compliant, and high-quality training experiences that support employee growth and workforce development, all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinate apprentice enrollment, registration, and progression tracking.
  • Maintain apprenticeship records, training documentation, wage scales, evaluations, and compliance-related files.
  • Support apprenticeship audit readiness and training grant administration activities.
  • Coordinate classroom setups, apprentice training schedules, training calendars, and instructor logistics.
  • Track apprentice hours, status changes, and progression through apprenticeship programs.
  • Distribute and analyze instructor evaluations and participant feedback to support continuous program improvement.
  • Communicate with apprentices, instructors, and internal stakeholders regarding training activities and requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the success and compliance of apprenticeship and training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational training initiatives.
Qualifications What You Bring

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • Prior experience in construction training coordination, program administration, workforce development, or a similar support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with apprentices, instructors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative, scheduling, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training-related data tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and training schedules.
  • Ability to work in-office in Goodhue five days per week with limited travel between KE locations and training sites.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel, to support training delivery.
