We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Services Technician to support the daily operations of a busy corporate office in Bloomington, MN. This hands-on role is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace by supporting office operations, facilities coordination, meetings, events, mail services, and employee needs.

Office Operations & Facilities- Maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of conference rooms, kitchenettes, work spaces, and shared office areas.
- Set up and tear down conference rooms for meetings, trainings, client visits, and office events.
- Assist with office moves, workstation setups, furniture relocation, and office improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot office equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Work with building management and maintenance teams to resolve facility-related issues.
- Help ensure office spaces remain clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Coordinate meeting room setup, catering, refreshments, and event logistics.
- Support internal meetings, client meetings, trainings, and special events.
- Assist with large-scale events by reconfiguring meeting spaces, coordinating vendors, and providing attendee support.
- Provide basic support for audio/visual equipment during meetings and events.
- Assist with post-event cleanup and room restoration.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing shipments using various shipping carriers.
- Maintain employee mailbox assignments and distribution lists.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and printer supplies across multiple office locations.
- Organize storage areas and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare workstations for new employees by ensuring supplies and office equipment are ready for use.
- Assist with employee offboarding by packing workstation items and preparing spaces for future occupants.
- Process employee badge photos and update internal systems.
- Provide front desk coverage during scheduled breaks by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, assisting guests, and coordinating visitor access.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting employees, visitors, vendors, and office leadership.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in office services, facilities support, administrative support, hospitality, customer service, event coordination, or a similar corporate environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing an exceptional workplace experience.
- Comfortable performing hands-on responsibilities, including stocking supplies, moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and supporting office events.
- Ability to lift and move packages and office materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Heavier items may be moved with assistance or appropriate lifting equipment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be eligible to maintain company driving privileges in accordance with company motor vehicle policies.
