Office Services Specialist
Larkin Hoffman is seeking a full-time Office Services Specialist to join our Office Services Department. This position will be responsible for providing office service support to the entire firm, and in addition, provide assistance to our receptionist and hospitality team as directed by the Facilities Manager. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the workflow of outgoing & incoming mail, copy center, document scanning, office supplies, hospitality, reception, and facility functions of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver interoffice mail, external mail, and requested office supplies within assigned department service standards.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed. This includes ordering that is in alignment with Firm needs and budgetary requirements. Maintain paper products and general copy center supplies.
- Manage delivery service pick-ups and receive incoming courier packages; tracking information as needed. Address inquiries regarding package and courier packages to resolve any outstanding concerns.
- Create client files and labels and assist with the filing and retrieving of files as requested
- Assist in general maintenance of the Firm's File Room/Copy Center by performing tasks including snaking files and organizing supplies.
- Replenish supplies in conference rooms.
- Assist and provide backup support for receptionist, hospitality, and facilities team members.

Schedule:
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility and ability to work additional hours based on firm demand/need with occasional after hours or weekend work as needed).
- Monday to Friday

Education and/or
Experience:
- Required:
Minimum of one-year prior experience in an administrative support role - Required:
High School Diploma and/or GED (or equivalent). - Preferred:
Minimum of two years of administrative and/or client service support role experience - Preferred:
An Associate of Arts degree and one year of prior administrative experience will also be accepted.

Salary:
The starting compensation range for this position is between $43,500 and $45,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting compensation at the time of positing. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
