Data Entry Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support high-volume document review, data entry, auditing, and transaction processing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, reviewing information for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and processing large volumes of data in a deadline-driven environment. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to balance speed with quality.
Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, claims processing, billing, accounts payable, banking operations, insurance, healthcare administration, document review, or financial services are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Review and process large volumes of documentation and transaction data
- Enter information into company systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Verify data completeness and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information
- Audit records to ensure compliance with established procedures and client requirements
- Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and processing issues
- Reconcile information across multiple systems and reports
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Generate and review reports as needed
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Follow established procedures, business rules, and service-level expectations
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational best practices
Qualifications Required
- 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Data Entry, Claims Processing, Document Review, Billing, Accounts Payable, Administrative Support, Banking Operations, Insurance Processing, Healthcare Administration, Financial Services Operations - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining quality standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience auditing or validating documentation
- Invoice processing or reconciliation experience
- Transaction processing experience
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments
- Transportation, logistics, or freight industry experience

Compensation & Schedule
- $20-$24/hour DOE
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- 100% Onsite
