Office Coordinator

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Pay Rate: $24.00–$25.00/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–30 hours per week
Assignment Dates: September 9, 2026 – January 6, 2027

Overview

The Office Coordinator provides clerical, administrative, and office support for the Minneapolis location while coordinating activities across commercial business units. This position focuses on maintaining an organized and professional office environment, supporting visitors and employees, coordinating events and meetings, and improving day-to-day office processes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for general office and business needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external business and social events.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings for internal teams and clients.
  • Process ADM Cares proposals for supported business units.
  • Manage and improve office supply restocking processes.
  • Assist with office planning and other administrative projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, visitors, and other office guests.
  • Support efforts to improve office organization, efficiency, and overall employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree, college degree, or coursework in business or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Previous office management, administrative, or general business experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with PC and laptop computer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a variety of personalities and business groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, meetings, and events.
  • Commitment to company ethics policies, safety programs, and required training.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
