Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care tasks including personal hygiene, vitals, daily activities, repositioning, transporting, and feeding;
Maintain unit desk area functions such as answering phones, processing admissions, discharges and transferring forms, transcribing orders, assembling patient charts and ordering tests;
Set up and maintain patient rooms;
Order and stock supplies for the unit;
Provide direct patient care and administrative duties as part of a hybrid Nursing Assistant / Health Unit Coordinator role
