We are seeking an independent, focused Back-Office Data Entry Specialist to join our production team. This is a 100% non-client-facing support role dedicated to maintaining seamless backend operations. In this role, you will be responsible for independently processing a high volume of daily data requests—either through precise manual keying or executing bulk uploads into our processing systems using Excel.

- High-Volume Data Entry & Processing: Execute accurate, high-speed manual data keying and validate data inputs across internal systems to complete daily queue requests by end-of-day.
- Excel File Uploads & Batch Management: Review, validate, and upload bulk Excel data files into automated processing tools with zero margin for error.
- Queue & Volume Management: Prioritize and navigate a steady flow of backend requests daily while maintaining strict accuracy standards.
- Operational Quality Control: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to verify data integrity and catch discrepancies prior to system posting.
