• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
• Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
• Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:
  • Maintenance Services
  • Engine Repair
  • Suspension & Steering
  • Brakes
  • Electrical Systems
  • Heating & A/C
  • (Optional) Drivability Diagnosis
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Personal toolset appropriate for the role

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes:
Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000
