Parts Counterperson

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson for our Hyundai Brooklyn Park dealership. In this role, you'll assist technicians and retail customers with accurate parts lookup, ordering, and invoicing using electronic catalogs and dealer systems. You'll manage inventory, receive and organize shipments, and process returns and warranties. Success in this position means delivering friendly, efficient service that reflects Walser's customer-first, integrity-driven culture while supporting a fast-paced, modern service department with clear processes and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Use dealer management and electronic parts catalog systems for lookup and invoicing
• Maintain accurate inventory, stocking, and organization of the parts department
• Receive, verify, and store incoming parts shipments
• Process parts returns, warranties, and core returns per company and manufacturer policies
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians to support repair efficiency
• Provide prompt, professional customer service at the parts counter and via phone
• Support sales of accessories and add-on products to grow parts revenue
• Follow all safety, cash-handling, and compliance procedures
• Contribute to a team-focused, customer-first culture in line with Walser values
