Walser Automotive Group is seeking an Auto Glass Calibration Coordinator to support our growing retail service operations. In this role, you'll oversee scheduling and coordination of auto glass calibration services, ensuring accurate, on-time work for customers and internal teams. You will review repair orders, confirm OEM and safety system requirements, and communicate clearly with technicians, advisors, and customers. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working with digital scheduling and repair systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule auto glass calibration appointments for service teams and customers
  • Verify calibration requirements based on vehicle make, model, and safety systems
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, and customers on timelines and expectations
  • Track work orders, parts, and equipment availability to minimize downtime
  • Ensure documentation, records, and calibration reports are accurate and complete
  • Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and shop capacity
  • Support adherence to safety, quality, and OEM calibration standards
  • Assist with customer updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution

Required Skills
