Role Description

The Automotive Technician role at Eurotech Automotive Repair is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, diagnostics, and scheduled services, while ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include conducting oil changes, brake services, suspension work, and general maintenance and repair on European vehicles. The technician will use diagnostic tools to identify issues, communicate findings and recommendations to the service team, and maintain detailed repair records.

Collaboration with service advisors and other technicians, adherence to safety standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for European and import vehicles.
  • Hands-on experience performing Oil Changes and routine service tasks.
  • Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working on Suspension systems and related components.
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
  • Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) or formal technical training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a professional automotive shop environment is highly beneficial.
  • Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
