Journeyman Technician - Audi

• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
• Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
• Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians

• 3–5 years of hands‑on automotive repair experience
• Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech)
• Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:
  Maintenance Services Engine Repair Suspension & Steering Brakes Electrical Systems Heating & A/C (Optional) Drivability Diagnosis
• Personal toolset appropriate for the role

Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
