Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-driven professional to support our Director of Sales with reporting, CRM data management (Salesforce), and research initiatives that strengthen our sales performance. This is an internal-facing role focused on data accuracy, report creation, and identifying insights that improve execution. This position does not involve direct customer interaction or commission-based sales. The willingness to learn and understand our business, our customers, and becoming a SME in our CRM (Salesforce) will encourage success in this position.

- Build and maintain recurring reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) (this will be tested in the interview process)
- Manage data integrity and workflows within Salesforce CRM
- Pull, clean, and organize data into clear, readable formats for leadership
- Create dashboards and spreadsheets that improve visibility and accountability
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Support reporting and performance tracking across all sales segments and branches
- Ensure accurate data flow in and between systems
- Enjoys working in Excel and systems daily
- Prefers backend data and systems work over customer interaction
- Is highly detail-oriented and organized
- Likes turning messy data into clean, readable reports
- Can identify patterns and make practical recommendations
- Takes ownership and follows through without constant oversight
- Comfortable with direct exposure to leadership
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, basic data analysis) Excel proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
- 1–3 years experience in reporting, sales, operations, administrative, or data support roles
- Comfortable learning and working in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High level of integrity and accuracy
- Fluent in English, verbally and written (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience creating dashboards or performance reports
- Background in sales operations, business operations, or data support
