Job Summary: The Business Analyst analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities. This role focuses on assessing operational performance, developing ROI frameworks, and building alignment between process owners and solution developers to drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze non-IT business problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Create frameworks for assessing financial payback and ROI
- Identify alternative solutions and make strategic recommendations
- Prepare documentation of current state and desired future state
- Develop business requirements and ensure shared understanding between stakeholders and solution teams
- Assess process performance and identify performance gaps
- Prepare ROI statements for proposed investments
- Communicate findings clearly through strong written and verbal communication
- Experience analyzing non-IT business problems
- Experience developing business requirements documentation
- Experience preparing ROI statements and financial payback analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess process performance and recommend improvements
