This position is responsible for providing end to end inventory management to our dollar channel customers as the single point of contact. This positions primary responsibility is developing and managing the total supply chain strategy from demand plan creation/alignment to customer order creation, while ensuring all orders deliver on time and in full.
What You Will Do:- Be primarily focused on driving sales and profits through innovative replenishment approaches, industry knowledge and technical expertise to ensure store level inventories are in line with the company’s objectives.
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions that improve supply chain efficiencies, maximizes service, and reduces cost.
- Analyze, determine and implement corrective action to maximize sales and inventory turns while minimizing out-of-stocks.
- Creates, tracks and manages all orders in our customer system.
- Lead direct communication and provide KPI reporting to customers, and work closely with Account Directors to understand sales plans and events that drive impact to the Supply Chain.
- Report on and analyze forecast or replenishment deviations with customer and the Sales force.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross functional partners including Transportation, Deployment, Demand and 3PL contacts, to identify solutions that resolve all delivery and fill rate issues.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business operations or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of supply chain network and transportation experience.
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills with focus on results.
- Strong thinking and problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a 'can-do' attitude.
- An approach that challenges with curiosity and creativity.
- Ability to leverage an appropriate amount of data to make solid decisions to drive business forward.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multicultural environment.
The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $139,000 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance.
The pay rangerepresentsthenumerousfactors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
