Account Manager About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performance Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, drive usage, and protect revenue.

This is not a passive “check-in” role.

You will own a portfolio of dental offices and groups, ensure they are successful on our platform, increase adoption, and identify expansion opportunities. You’ll sit at the intersection of service, strategy, and growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple markets
  • Drive platform adoption and consistent usage
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support to deliver a seamless experience
  • Conduct performance reviews and strategic check-ins with key clients
  • Monitor account health and intervene before issues become churn
  • Translate customer feedback into internal insights that improve product and service delivery

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Dental, Customer Success, or B2B roles
  • Experience managing multi-location or mid-market accounts preferred
  • Comfortable having mid-level conversations
  • Analytical enough to understand usage trends and revenue impact
  • Assertive but service-oriented you can hold clients accountable while building trust
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Thrives in fast-growth, performance-driven environments Bonus Points
    • Healthcare or staffing industry experience
    • Experience managing marketplace or platform-based clients
    • Background in high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services
