Role Summary
The Asset Management Analystis responsible for supporting the day-to-day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets. This role ensures accurate
SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle — including deployment, preventive maintenance, return, refurbishment, and disposition.
Working closely with Global Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and third-party service providers, this position helps ensure capital equipment is compliant, traceable, and available to support customer demand.
Primary Focus- Day-to-day lifecycle oversight
- Asset traceability & utilization
- Rental asset pipeline continuity
- Reconciliation & write-off coordination
- Reporting & performance monitoring
- Executes established lifecycle processes
- Reviews and validates SAP asset transactions
- Manages lost/noncompliant device investigations
- Coordinates preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows
- Produces KPI reporting for leadership
- Business Administration

- Engineering
- 7+ years in Med Tech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance
- Strong cross‑functional coordination skills
- Strong SAP experience required
- Advanced Excel required
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD annually (or hourly). The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
