The Role

The Regional Sales Director at Aroris is not a traditional quota carrier. This role is designed for revenue operators who think like financial strategists, own their territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, and execute with discipline inside an EOS-driven operating system.

Successful sellers at Aroris lead with business outcomes, not features. They are trusted advisors to healthcare operators, capable of navigating complex buying environments while maintaining strong accountability to pipeline health, forecast integrity, and execution rigor.

  • Leads conversations around revenue performance, payer dynamics, and measurable financial outcomes
  • Comfortable engaging CFOs, Practice Administrators, and operational leaders early in the cycle
  • Frames discovery through margin improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth
  • Operates with full ownership of territory strategy and pipeline creation
  • Maintains disciplined forecasting and proactive deal management
  • Identifies stalled deals early and applies structured problem solving aligned with EOS principles
EOS-Aligned Execution
  • Brings data‑driven insights into Level 10 meetings and deal reviews
  • Operates with clarity around quarterly Rocks, priorities, and outcomes
  • Demonstrates strong accountability to process, documentation, and continuous improvement
Consultative & Executive Selling
  • Navigates multi‑stakeholder healthcare environments with confidence and professionalism
  • Challenges assumptions respectfully and drives clarity in complex decisions

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience with consistent performance against or above target
  • Proven ability to create pipeline, lead executive discovery, and close complex consultative deals
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers, healthcare services, or high‑trust environments strongly preferred
  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to tie solutions to ROI and measurable outcomes
  • High proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and disciplined activity management
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and strong organizational awareness
