Business Process Analyst
Location:
City of Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12 Months
Description:
- Facilitate conversation with stakeholders around current 'as is' business process, including identification of current pain points and missed opportunities
- Document 'as is' business process and procedures
- Critically analyze current business process and procedures and identify areas of improvement, with a focus on streamlined and efficient movement of work, sometimes between multiple teams/stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modeling
- Experience across various sectors such as Finance, Human Resources, Customer
- Service, Information Technology and other business/professional services.
- Knowledge of and experience with IT Service Management and/or ERP systems such as Service Now, Salesforce, People Soft, etc.
- Ability to create process maps.
- Ability to work effectively in large group settings with diverse groups of stakeholders.
