The Business Analyst intern will work on understanding the business process for Banner supply chain organizations. This role involves working with the current BA team and understanding the standard Oracle eBS process flows and defining a test strategy and test plan for future Oracle releases. This involves working on business process support for the current organization. This is an onsite position at our Brooklyn Park, MN location.
Interns are responsible for arranging their own housing and transportation for the summer internship program. This position reports to Oracle Business Analyst Manager.
According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as non‑exempt.
What You’ll Be Doing- Understand the business process and be able to follow end‑to‑end business process
- Assist Operations Systems Group in expanding Oracle eBS business process throughout the organization
- Help identify document existing process flow test documents
- Identify gaps in testing and assist in creating test plans and test cases for new reports
- Identify and document catalog existing Oracle requests and request sets
- Help create standard work documents for standard Oracle functionality
- Other duties as assigned

Required- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, supply chain management, or related field
- Must have completed at least three (3) classes within the major
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Sit for up to 8 hours per day
- Exposed to a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day
- Utilize a computer mouse, keyboard, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Required to talk or hear frequently
- Corporate office environment – indoor and climate‑controlled
- Manufacturing or warehouse environment – indoor and climate‑controlled. Moderate noise level in the work environment
Pay Range: $21-$26. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
