GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Dental Services and Professional Services team with the development and execution of projects and administrative support associated with Delta Dental of Minnesota. This role will help support various aspects of the business through a broad spectrum of coordination of activities.
Internship Term:
Summer 2026; 29.5 hours/week;
On-site
This position will be with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in creating templates, Power Points, reports and/or forms to streamline processes
- Assist in organization and consolidation of files to enhance effectiveness

Required:
- A self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional brand ambassador at all public events and trade shows
- A Team Player with the ability to see the big picture goals of the organization and contribute on day-to-day tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of a junior status for the academic year

- Weight Lifting Requirements:up to 20 lbs.
- Sedentary Work:Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation while working on a computer

- Internal Relationships: Clinical team, Operations, Actuarial, Marketing, Account Management, Legal and Compliance
- External Relationships: Clients, vendors and stakeholders
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Benefits for this position include earned sick and safe time. The salary for this position is $18.50 hourly. Salary offers will typically be made in the listed range. The Company takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including merit process and internal pay alignment when determining the salary for potential new team members.
In compliance with state and federal regulations, a potential new team member’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
