Responsibilities
Senior Product Manager for Zelle will report to the Digital Product Lead, Zelle Payments. Responsibilities include building the digital experience vision and roadmap for Zelle’s money movement capabilities—deposit, transfer, fund, and pay—to enable seamless commerce for customers and employees. The role collaborates cross‑functionally to visualize, prioritize, implement, and measure the impact of Move Money digital products, maximizing product value to the bank.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to define digital capabilities and experience, aligning with consumer segment and enterprise strategies.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain cross‑departmental communication about product prioritization, management, and key metric performance.
- Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, UX design, scrum masters, business lines, and other product managers to evangelize best solutions and facilitate execution.
- Conduct data analysis and customer research to drive discovery and ensure the right problems are identified with the most fitting solution.
- Work collaboratively across business lines and functions to define, sequence, and execute the Digital Move Money Experience roadmap.
- Advocate for and embody customer obsession within and outside the consumer digital team, delivering simple, frictionless, and innovative experiences.
- Present persuasively and authoritatively to peers and leaders, facilitating collaborative conversation.
- Create experience roadmaps aligned with partner business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of product management experience.
- Considerable experience with digital product development in an Agile environment.
- Extensive product and program development, implementation, and strategic analysis experience within a matrixed environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the competitive market, operations, and various products and services within financial services or consumer industries.
- Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong financial and competitive analysis skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA; FSA; 401(k); and life, disability, and AD&D insurance for eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
