Program Overview

The Värde Rotational Program (VRP) is a 2‑year rotational program designed for new college graduates. It provides varied experiences across the firm, such as Business Development, Investor Relations, and Global Operations. Rotations span the entire business, delivering learning, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.

During the program, analysts rotate through various parts of the business, gaining exposure across teams and functions key to Värde's operations and success. They will strengthen skills in sales and marketing, data analytics, finance, operations, investing, and other areas.

Program includes week‑long training sessions, Wall Street Prep coursework, and development of communication and time‑management skills. Analysts receive individualized mentorship from a senior leader and have opportunities for peer‑to‑peer and informal mentorship, internal and external networking, and exposure to senior leadership.

Professional Development

Analysts attend week‑long training sessions with current and graduated VRP analysts. They meet with different teams throughout the firm, gaining exposure to various resources and training. Analysts complete Wall Street Prep during the program and develop communication and time‑management skills.
