Act as the primary liaison between Facilities and Finance, HR, and Operations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and vendor workflows;
Lead and develop the Facilities Analyst/Coordinator role, ensuring strong ownership of data, reporting, and systems;
Drive adoption and optimization of CMMS and reporting platforms, creating a centralized source of truth;
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into performance, cost trends, and opportunities;
Standardize administrative processes including vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, budget reconciliation, and KPI tracking
