Position Summary

Supports the Strategy & Performance area in related communications, strategic planning, initiatives, analytics, and budgeting processes. Drafts and coordinates the delivery of strategic and effective communications aligned with business area activities and objectives. Provides analytical support for developing and delivering impactful metrics and other analytics. Provides support on key initiatives and special programs and participates in teams on behalf of the business area.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares presentations and compiles department-wide information for leadership meetings and weekly reports; analyzes and interprets data to support decision‑making for strategy development and planning.
  • Creates effective strategic communications for all business‑area activities; determines the most appropriate communication strategy or method based on corporate guidelines and audience.
  • Partners with the team, business‑area leaders, and Corporate Communications to ensure successful implementation of communication strategies.
  • Assists in project planning, tracking, and reporting of deliverables; provides technical expertise and analytical guidance on cross‑functional teams or company‑wide initiatives.
  • Utilizes business‑area systems and data to deliver impactful metrics, analytics, and automated solutions; prepares reports illustrating progress of plans versus results and responds to ad‑hoc analysis requests.
  • Supports the business‑area budget process by collaborating with the Financial Operations organization to prepare, develop, analyze, implement, and monitor the budget; reviews estimates, variances, and recommends changes; outlines the budget process and creates templates; reports performance against budget on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements – Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of strategic planning, business management, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Front Page).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively use print, presentations, and websites.
  • Experience in managing or creating websites.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working with teams.
Minimum Requirements – Senior Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3–4 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively use print and presentation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional self‑management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, capable of working with teams.
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related role.

Salary Range

Anticipated starting base pay: $58,700.00 to $90,966.00 per year.
