Senior Business Analyst – Banking Experience

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements for banking business solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes and solutions. The role requires an end‑to‑end business analyst: requirements gathering through testing, including UAT.

• Act as liaison between technology, operations, and business units to define banking business solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis: requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and testing.
• Collaborate with client business users and analysts to produce business and functional requirements for internal or offshore implementation.
• Assist project management in explaining task justification and time estimates to clients.
• Translate business‑process capabilities and outcomes effectively between business process areas and supporting departments.
• Work with functional leads to create and refine business requirements and specifications.
• Develop test plans and scripts to document complex business processes.
• Support users in transforming requirements into operational applications and technical alternatives.

• 10+ years of senior business analyst experience, with banking experience highly desired.
• Expertise in end‑to‑end business analysis, from requirements gathering through testing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service orientation with ability to engage all business levels.
• Excellent research, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical reasoning skills for understanding user requirements.
• Extensive experience creating cross‑organizational business process flows and test plans.

Hourly rate: $70–$100 per hour, based on experience, location, and other factors.
