UX Researcher (x
2) – Minneapolis, MN (Location options: Minneapolis, Charlotte, Dallas, Chandler).

The role supports the Commercial Banking Credit Execution & Enablement group, focusing on digital product management initiatives within the financial services industry.

• Lead or participate in complex research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies.
• Evaluate findings to identify pain points, motivations, and preferences, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate insights across teams.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, or visual arts.
• Proven experience developing and executing UX research strategies (persona development, experience mapping, contextual research).
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Fig Jam, and other research and collaboration platforms.
