UX Researcher (x
2) – Minneapolis, MN (Location options: Minneapolis, Charlotte, Dallas, Chandler).
The role supports the Commercial Banking Credit Execution & Enablement group, focusing on digital product management initiatives within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities- Lead or participate in complex research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies.
- Evaluate findings to identify pain points, motivations, and preferences, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate insights across teams.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, or visual arts.
- Proven experience developing and executing UX research strategies (persona development, experience mapping, contextual research).
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Fig Jam, and other research and collaboration platforms.
