Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business decisions through data analysis and reporting, contributing to impactful insights and strategies.

• Analyze and report on data patterns, insights, and trends to support decision‑making processes.
• Collect and aggregate data from various internal and external sources to enhance business performance.
• Produce actionable reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations.
• Participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital content measurement and performance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and reporting automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non‑technical audiences.

• Experience with analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or Salesforce reporting.
• Background in supporting Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or Marketing organizations.
• Ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities from communications performance data.
