Operations Associate III - Voluntary Corporate Actions

What is the opportunity?

The primary functions of the Corporate Actions Associate desk are the processing of voluntary corporate actions. In addition, this position provides ongoing customer service to the field, by answering questions about voluntary offers and processing research requests.

• Process mandatory Corporate Actions (name changes, mergers, stock splits)
• Process non-final distributions
• Answer questions from the field about corporate actions

• Microsoft office experience
• Ability to think critically
• Keen attention to detail

• Knowledge of corporate actions
• Knowledge of Broadridge processing systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 – $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;

and paid time‑off plan.
