INDUSTRY RELATIONS COORDINATOR
The Industry Relations Coordinator plays an important role in advancing the AAN Industry Roundtable Program and supporting broader industry relations initiatives. Through strong administrative, logistical, and communication support, this position helps engage industry members, coordinate program operations, and ensure meetings and events are executed seamlessly. Working closely with the Sales & Industry Relations team, the coordinator contributes to a high-quality experience for industry partners and supports the success of AAN's industry-facing programs.

Education:
- Associate's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in administratively supporting a sales team in a professional office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to uphold the AAN's values
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with internal and external audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Prior exposure to sales, customer relations, or association work is preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
- Familiarity with event planning or meeting coordination is preferred
Relevant education and/or experience exceeding the required qualifications may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required - up to 5%
Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
Schedule: Occasional evening and weekend required
