Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
  • Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in Program Management & Program Performance Management
  • Hands‑on understanding of Big Data processing (Spark)
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
  • Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Big Query, Dataflow, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in cloud‑based analytics and data platforms
  • Exposure to large‑scale enterprise data transformation programs
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards, governance reviews, and executive reporting
Additional

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
