With the focus on supporting and advancing the mission, vision, and core values of the district, the Performing Arts Facilities Coordinator coordinates and supervises operations, marketing, and technical needs of the auditoriums. This role acts as a technical supervisor and liaison between the district and community, supporting auditorium users and ensuring safe, properly maintained equipment for community events and school events.

• Oversee operations and use of school auditoriums and provide technical direction and support for school events and community rentals.
• Manage front-of-house during productions and events in both high- and middle-school auditoriums.
• Select, train, and supervise students working as theater technicians during school events.
• Help manage a marketing and general maintenance budget for the auditoriums and purchase necessary supplies and equipment.
• Serve as the district liaison to the city of Edina for elections in district buildings.

• Minimum two (2) years of postsecondary training in theater management, theater arts, or related field and minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification within six (6) months of hire.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license and evidence of mobility.

Salary range: $75,727 – $88,933. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
