As an Analyst within Global Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy & Operations (S&O), you will support value analytics and steward tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms that enable GSCL’s Unified Plan governance. You’ll partner across Value, Portfolio & Program Management, and Change & Communications to maintain consistent processes and operational rigor.

• Unified Plan & Portfolio Governance:
  Maintain the GSCL Unified Plan as the single source of truth, administer intake and lifecycle artifacts, prepare consolidated reporting, and monitor cross-program risks.
• Value Analytics & KPI Management:
  Own weekly and monthly value reporting, maintain value case templates, validate data inputs, track benefit realization, and provide value‑variance insights.
• Integrated S&O Operating Model Enablement:
  Partner to integrate value milestones, governance reporting, and change impacts; document decisions, risks, and value assumptions; enable transparency across GSCL programs; identify and implement reporting‑efficiency improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, portfolio governance, finance, consulting, or transformation environments.
• Experience operating within structured portfolio or program governance models, including intake and lifecycle management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain KPI dashboards, performance reporting, and financial tracking models.
• Working knowledge of value case development, benefit realization tracking, and P&L impact measurement.
• Experience administering standardized templates, governance routines, or reporting toolkits across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data validation skills with high attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to synthesize operational and financial data into clear, executive‑ready insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams within a defined operating model.
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in strengthening enterprise transformation governance.

This position is Hybrid/Flex for Your Day. Core responsibilities will be performed both onsite at the Target HQ in Minnesota and virtually, depending on daily needs. Work duties are confined to the primary work location in the United States.
