Job Summary

We are a growing entrepreneurial company with multiple businesses looking for a Business Manager to own our Admin and Finance functions. Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and company financial projections
  • Work with external bookkeepers while performing select bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Build and improve organizational systems and processes across multiple businesses
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations and details
  • Handle select HR duties including onboarding, records, and team coordination
  • Utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) to create efficient digital systems
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, and special projects
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant previous work experience in business management, operations, or hands‑on finance in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Strong understanding of budgets, cash flow, and financial projections
  • Bookkeeping experience and comfort reconciling accounts
  • Passion for building scalable systems and processes
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Detail‑oriented self‑starter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic HR knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with Traction / EOS is beneficial — training available
  • Business degree preferred but not required
