The Workforce Strategy & Transformation Director will be a trusted leader and subject matter expert, guiding customers to realize the full potential of Anaplan’s Workforce Applications. The role requires deep HR and workforce planning expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to shape the future of our Workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to integrate Workforce Applications into Anaplan’s GTM motion.
- Create and deliver compelling sales plays, presentations, ROI insights, and customer stories, including all supporting enablement content such as training materials, evaluation, and testing.
- Ensure Workforce Applications presentations and demonstrations align clearly with prospect and customer requirements.
- Distill deep domain expertise and sales messaging into concise tactics for the Sales Team.
- Provide ongoing functional and process education and enablement via formal and informal media, including market insights, use cases, and topic updates.
- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to deliver differentiation in positioning and value proposition, update battle cards, and provide win reports.
- Serve as a process and functional expert, guiding prospects and customers on best practices for adopting Workforce Applications and integrating the broader portfolio for a Connected Planning vision.
- Support the sales team in key and late‑stage opportunities for Workforce Applications.
- Partner with prospects, customers, and partners to conduct discovery workshops, solution mapping, and strategy alignment with new and existing Workforce Applications.
- Act as a thought leader at internal and external events, participate in marketing activities, and create content such as blogs, webcasts, whitepapers, and presentations.
- Adoption and successful completion of enablement by Anaplan teams.
- Number of presentations, demonstrations, and other supporting activities of Workforce Applications.
- Value of sales that include Workforce Applications.
- Evaluation and feedback from Sales, Solution Consulting, and GTM Enablement.
- Demonstrable understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to solving complex business challenges.
- Deep domain knowledge of workforce planning, headcount management, organizational design, HR transformation, and related processes and best practices.
- Experience with talent strategy and HR performance management solutions preferred.
- Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
- Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge‑sharing skills, with exemplary presentation, demonstration, workshop, and enablement program abilities.
- A results‑driven mindset, able to collaborate across teams and deliver high‑quality, high‑impact deliverables.
$137,000 — $197,000 USD
