Business Analyst​/Project Coordinator

On-Demand Group is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity scheduled to run through the end of 2026, with high likelihood for further extensions. This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work 3 days/week.

Qualified Candidates will have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience Business Analyst working
• Foundational experience as a junior project manager (coordination, tracking, stakeholder communication)
• Experienced working within healthcare, specifically within Medicare/Medicare Advantage efforts
• Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a consulting environment with adaptability and client-facing exposure
• Able to effectively engage and collaborate across multiple teams and capabilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrates ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrates strong research skills with the ability to find answers independently and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance when directions aren’t available immediately in a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly absorbs and retains onboarding feedback, applying learnings effectively in day-to-day work
• Self-sufficient and capable of working independently while knowing when to seek input or elevate
• Thrives in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy environment with the ability to multitask and stay organized
• Maintains attention to detail and follow-through despite shifting priorities and high volume of work

The projected hourly range for this position is $65 to $75.
