Join our globally integrated team of dedicated indirect tax professionals where you will combine your technical knowledge and industry understanding to identify risks and sustainable planning opportunities for our clients. You will help us provide effective processes, improve day‑to‑day reporting, reduce attribution errors and costs, and ensure indirect taxes are handled correctly for our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead workstream delivery, track status and deliverables, and participate in client working sessions. Identify opportunities for additional services, contribute to RFPs, manage engagement economics, and implement resource plans and budgets. Guide teams, drive improvement, and recommend solutions by interpreting internal/external issues.
- Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive services and work products.
- Stay informed of current technical developments and effectively apply knowledge to client situations.
- Thoroughly and accurately analyze information; prepare quality, practical approaches to the client’s unclaimed property situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex unclaimed property concepts.
- Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Manage and deliver processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk.
- Lead or supervise professionals to deliver complex technical initiatives with accountability for results.
- Interpret internal/external issues to recommend innovative, practical solutions.
- Meet locally set performance metrics across client service, quality, sales, solution development, and teaming.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience.
- CPA certification, Member of the US Bar, or professional designation from the IPT.
- Technical expertise and experience related to compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services (preferred).
- Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance (preferred).
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package where salary ranges from $105,100 to $192,600 in the US, and $126,100 to $218,900 in specific metro areas, with performance‑based adjustments. Includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
