Key Account Manager - Target

Overview

We are currently hiring on behalf of a swiftly growing home electrical manufacturer. This role is responsible for fostering the business relationship with all key associates at Target
.

• Identifying business opportunities through market research. Translate business opportunities into account-specific strategies and tactics that drive market share, growth, account management, and category management.
• Research consumer/market trends and needs to aid in new product development and sales planning.
• Effectively collaborate with factory teams to deliver company's business priorities. Foster team coordination, training and engagement.
• Lead new product development discussions and follow-up to achieve distribution.
• Drive initiatives which deliver improved levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Build rapport, communicate strategy, and negotiate with a full array of Target decision makers to increase distribution, improve merchandising, and improved marketing.
• Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to maximize opportunities, while analyzing forecasting metrics and data to ensure accurate targets are met.

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+years experience of procurement experience within Target.
• Direct import experience of home electrical products is required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
