Business Operations Representative Senior | Hybrid

• Serve as the primary relationship coordinator for Mega Office partners, ensuring service requests, issues, and account‑related needs are routed appropriately, addressed promptly, and resolved with a high degree of accountability.
• Monitor and manage escalations, aging work, and service disruptions across internal teams, proactively identifying barriers, driving resolution, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze trends in service requests, recurring issues, and operational delays to identify root causes, improve processes, enhance request quality, and strengthen the overall Mega Office client experience.
• Collaboration and communication:
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Management, Sales, Legal, and Special Investigation Units (SIU) to ensure requests are processed appropriately.
  • Provide support and coordination for both onshore and offshore interactions, including implementing controls and conducting peer reviews.
• Team leadership and project work:
  • Onboard, mentor and train new team members.
  • Coordinate work assignments for the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Act as SME on Enterprise Inforce Operations, EPS and corporate projects as well as lead department projects.
• Primary technical skills:
  • Utilization of new and legacy systems, and the ability to train team members on systems.
  • Understanding of industry and Allianz terminology.
  • Extensive product knowledge (Life, Fixed, Variable, ETFs, etc.).
  • Understanding of the regulations for insurance and how they apply to Allianz business.
  • Understanding of compliance, fraud and AML guidelines and mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of tax laws and impacts to products.
  • Ability to prioritize requests and workload.
  • Understanding of Distribution structures and the FMO/BD partners they work with.
  • Use understanding of risks, controls and regulations to ensure request is in compliance.
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

• 3–5 years of operational experience in Allianz Operations, insurance, or the financial industry; at least 2 years of experience.
• Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Job posting range: $58,000 - $86,000. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program and final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education.
