Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to gather and refine requirements, support development, and assist with testing.
• Support the Core HCM Workday product team, working closely with stakeholders and supporting UAT testing prior to release.

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing.
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with executive-level employees and product teams.
