Job Summary
The Technical Business Analyst collaborates with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology solution providers to gather and document business, functional, and technology requirements to achieve stated business and technology goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Document functional business requirements, non-functional requirements, data requirements, and business rules as they relate to M&A integrations (e.g., AOP project – COD & Deluxe Rewards integrations).
- Assess, apply, and project the impact of system changes on business end‑users.
- Conduct various test scenarios – system, integration, readiness, and user acceptance testing.
- Document the business implications of application changes to current business processes.
- Identify group level challenges, recommend, and execute solutions.
- Solve difficult business problems through financial and technology management, leveraging human resource management.
- Analyze and document business processes & metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage requirements/user stories throughout the project/sprint, applying expert knowledge, skills, and experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
- 2 years experience as a business analyst.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance or Related Field.
- 2 years experience as a finance business analyst.
The compensation range for this position is $77,000.00 - $81,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. Base pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
