We are currently hiring on behalf of a swift growing home electrical manufacturer. This role is responsible for fostering the business relationship with all key associates at Target.
· Identifying business opportunities through market research. Translate business opportunities into account-specific strategies and tactics that drive market share, growth, account management, and category management.
· Research consumer/market trends and needs to aid in new product development and sales planning.
· Effectively collaborate with factory teams to deliver company's business priorities. Foster team coordination, training and engagement.
· Lead new product development discussions and follow-up to achieve distribution.
· Drive initiatives which deliver improved levels of customer service and satisfaction.
· Build rapport, communicate strategy, and negotiate with a full array of Target decision makers to increase distribution,improve merchandising,and improved marketing.
· Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to maximize opportunities, while analyzing forecasting metrics and data to ensure accurate targets are met
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+years experience of procurement experience within Target.
· Direct import experience of home electrical products is required.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally
