Own the coaching experience — what the product says to a rep, when, and why. You turn patterns from thousands of real calls into cue cards and scorecards that change outcomes, and you measure whether they actually do.
What you'll do- Own the roadmap and strategy for the live coaching and post-call surfaces.
- Translate signals from real calls into product requirements; define what good coaching looks like.
- Set clear metrics and run the loop — ship, measure, learn — on coaching quality.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with design, engineering, and ML to ship and iterate.
- Sit on real calls and talk to customers constantly; be the voice of the rep internally.
- 5+ years in product management shipping B2B or productivity software.
- Strong product sense plus the rigor to define and move metrics.
- Comfortable with data and with ambiguous, qualitative inputs (call reviews, interviews).
- Excellent written communication; you drive clarity in an async team.
- Track record owning outcomes, not just feature delivery.
- Background in sales, sales enablement, or sales tooling.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products and their evaluation.
- Early-stage startup experience.
