Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX or Minneapolis, MN (in‑office Tue–Thu)
We’re supporting a healthcare‑focused enterprise in building out its AI & intelligent automation function and hiring an AI Intelligent Automation Manager to own operational execution, intake/prioritization, governance, and stakeholder enablement for automation and AI initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with the Director of AI / Intelligent Automation to align business priorities with technology capabilities, own intake and prioritization of automation opportunities, and drive adoption and change across the organization. This is a high‑visibility, non‑people manager role for someone who wants to lead how automation and AI get executed and scaled across the business.
What you’ll do- Lead operational planning for automation and AI initiatives: intake, evaluation, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain visibility into team capacity, pipeline, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
- Drive and refine governance frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms for intelligent automation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with business, operations, and technology teams.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; facilitate conversations that connect business needs with automation / AI capabilities.
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption of new automation and AI capabilities.
- Provide coaching and enablement to team members and promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in technology, business transformation, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with executive‑level communication and reporting.
- Experience managing competing priorities, driving alignment, and delivering against measurable outcomes.
- Background in operational governance, performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Nice to have: exposure to intelligent automation / AI, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, digital transformation, and/or healthcare, supply chain, analytics, or consulting.
