Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager for the Focus Payroll Card owns the end‑to‑end strategy, performance, and long‑term success of the product, with full accountability for profit and loss within the TPS Prepaid team. The role sets product vision, drives portfolio growth through rigorous financial and performance management, customer insight, and disciplined execution across the product lifecycle. It partners closely with Finance to manage monthly performance analysis, identify trends, and deliver executive‑level reporting on profitability drivers, portfolio performance, and margin optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Use deep analysis of cardholder behavior, adoption, and usage trends, along with ongoing competitive and market research, to identify gaps, anticipate industry shifts, and inform product strategy, pricing, and investment decisions.
  • Build strong business cases and financial models to support roadmap prioritization and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Experience Design, Operations, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Implementations, and Finance to support new business development, client onboarding, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, RFPs, pricing requests, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations, and guide new product and program launches from concept through delivery.
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and partner with agile and technology teams to deliver capabilities that drive business and customer outcomes.
  • Balance investment and return, lead multi‑year strategic planning, and continuously improve the client and cardholder experience.
  • Act as an advocate for prepaid offerings across the enterprise, explore new distribution channels and markets for Prepaid, and ensure the Focus Payroll Card remains competitive, compliant, and positioned for sustainable, long‑term growth.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: Product Management experience.

    Skills and Experience:

    P&L ownership and product financial management; product strategy, visioning, and multi‑year planning; data‑driven decision making, performance measurement, and optimization; customer experience research, insights, and execution; go‑to‑market strategy and sales channel enablement; pricing strategy and business case development; strong customer centricity across all touchpoints; knowledge of Agile ways of working and cross‑functional product delivery; understanding of technical product concepts, integration, and modernization;

    experience managing risk and regulatory considerations in a product environment.

Compensation
